A Quick Way to Add Resistance During Your Workout
There are certain times in your Pilates class that you might want to add just a little bit of resistance without changing your spring settings. If you are using the single loop STRAPILATES pilates straps with the extra D-ring, you can solve this problem in a snap.
First, slide the second d-ring to the end of the loop. Then fold the loop in half and clip the d-ring into the clasp on the rope. Watch the video below for more details.
